I’m Brad Hildebrand.  The owner of Westplex 107.1.   Westplex 107.1 targets women in the Westplex area of St. Charles County.  Yes, we target those “Suburban Women” who all the experts say will make or break your election bid.  Westplex 107.1 is a unique radio station with a geofenced signal that is heard ONLY in the Westplex.  How did we do it?  That’s a topic for another day.

I’m also Brad Hildebrand, a voter.   I’ve never voted for anyone because of a yard sign.  But I have voted for dozens of candidates through the years because I heard them tell me why I should vote for them.   Might have been on TV,  or maybe a YT video, or maybe even radio.   RADIO, you say.  It’s expensive.  Well, it used to be.   Since I own the place I can set my prices.  And I’ve set my price at ONE DOLLAR for each 15 second ad.   ONE DOLLAR?  A fraction of the price for a yard sign.
